BUTTER CHICKEN


 

Ingredients
Square Pieces of Chicken 1 kg.
Ghee 100 gms.
Butter 100 gms.
Onion (Sliced) two
Green Coriander Leaf one small bundle
Cream 4 tablespoon
Curd 1 cup
Tomato 1 medium
Crushed Almond 50 gms.
Red Chilli Powder 1½ tablespoon
Cassia 2/3 leaves
Clove Powder a pinch
Cinnamon Powder a pinch
Garam Masala Powder 1 tablespoon
Comfit ½ tablespoon
Ginger & Garlic Paste 2 tablespoon
Salt to taste

Method

1.

Add curd, almonds, all the masala, ginger, garlic paste, chopped tomato & salt into a pan.

2.

Add chicken in this mixture & mix well. Leave it for some time.

3.

Put ghee & butter together into a heated pan.

4.

Add onion & fry.

5.

Now add chicken & other masala into this & fry.

6.

Now add cream.

7.

When boiled, add coriander leaf & serve.
