Vegetable Pulao

Ingredients

Rice

1 cup

Sweet Peas

¼ cup

Diced Carrot

¼ cup

Chopped Onion

¼ cup

Cottage Cheese

1 cup

Chopped Cabbage

1 cup

Cinnamon

1 piece

Black Pepper

2 spoons (Small)

Cumin Seeds

½ spoon

Ghee

3 tablespoons

Bay Leaves

1 – 2

Method

1.

Wash rice & boil.

Boil & cook peas and carrot separately. Add a spoon of ghee in cauldron. Add boiled vegetables and salt and cook for 3 – 4 minutes.

Cook cabbage in a spoon of ghee and little salt.

Add onion, cereal, sugar, cumin, black pepper and clove and fry till onion is brown. Add rice to it and cook for 2-3 minutes.

5.

Remove from fire and add vegetables and cheese.

Note: For preparing Pulao, fry onion, cumin, cloves, cinnamon brown in ghee and directly add vegetables and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add rice and double the water when rice is about to cook, put boiled cabbage and mix. Remove from fire.
