PALAK PANEER


 

Ingredients
Palak (spinach) 1 kg.
Cheese 300 gms.
Oil 4 tsp.
Ginger (finely chopped) 25 gms.
Onion One small
Garlic 3 – 4 leaves
Green Chilli Two
Tomato One
Salt to taste
Red Chilli Powder to taste

 

Method

1.

Clean & wash palak & chop it finely.

2.

Boil the chopped palak putting it in pressure cooker, till 2-3 whistles.

3.

Now grind the palak in a mixer.

4.

Put the pan on gas & add oil in it.

5.

Add finely chopped onion, ginger, garlic, green chillies & tomato & then fry them.

6.

Add crushed palak in it. Fry this mixture till it leaves all its oil.

7.

Now fry the cheese, cut into pieces in a separate pan & add it into palak.

8.

Cook for another 4-5 mints. Serve hot with butter on it.
