Coconut (Desiccated) |
4 dessert spoons |
Chilli (Green) |
4 dessert spoons |
Ginger |

METHOD

1. |
Cut vegetables in big pieces. |
2. |
Mix coriander leaves, cumin, seeds, chopped onions, coriander seeds, two
teaspoons ghee, garam masala and salt well. |
3. |
Mix the vegetable well in the clove mixture. |
4. |
In a pan, put vegetables, four teaspoons ghee and two cups of water. |
5. |
Cook the vegetables till they are done. |
6. |
Garnish with coriander leaves and garam masala. |
