Nimboo Ka Aachar

This is the most popular of all pickles. It is a household remedy to counteract indigestion.
This pickle can be safely stored for up to one year.

Ingredients
Lemon 2 kgs.
Red Chilli Powder (grounded) 20 gms.
Salt 300 gms.

 

METHOD

  1. Wash the lemon and cut it into four pieces.
  2. Put 300 gram salt in 2 kg. lemon and 20 gram grounded red chilli powder and stir it well.
  3. Put it in a glass jar and keep it in the sun.
