This is the most popular of all pickles. It is a household remedy to counteract indigestion.
This pickle can be safely stored for up to one year.
|Red Chilli Powder (grounded)||20 gms.|
- Wash the lemon and cut it into four pieces.
- Put 300 gram salt in 2 kg. lemon and 20 gram grounded red chilli powder and stir it well.
- Put it in a glass jar and keep it in the sun.
