Tandoori Chicken

Classic Tandoori Chicken from India is marinated in yogurt, lemon juice, and plenty of spices, then grilled or broiled. Plan ahead. This recipe needs to marinate at least 8 hours or overnight.

| Chicken | 1kg. |
| Curd | 250 mg. |
| Tandoori Masala Paste | 4 tablespoon |
| Oil | 5 tablespoon |
| Salt | to taste |
| Salad | to decorate |
METHOD
- Chop the chicken into four slices.
- Make big holes in it with a sharp fork.
- Mix curd, masala paste & salt in a bowl.
- Wrap the chicken pieces in this masala mix & leave it for 2-3 hours.
- Now heat the oil & spread it on the chicken pieces.
- Cook this for 10 minutes into a pre-heated oven.
- Bring them out & put some masala paste on it once again.
- Put them into the oven once again & bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve this tandoori chicken decorated with salad.
