Gobi De Pakore
This is a perfect evening snack is easy to prepare. Served it hot with chilli sauce and hot tea.
Ingredients | |
Besan | 2 tbsp |
Cauliflower florets , blanched | 8 to 10 |
Finely Chopped Green Chilies | 1 to 2 |
Lemon Juice | 1/2 tbsp |
Haldi Powder | 1/4 tbsp |
Lal Mirch Powder | To Taste |
Chopped Dhania | |
Oil | For Deep Frying |
Method:
- Combine the besan, green chilli, dhania, lemon juice, salt, Haldi powder , Lal Mirch powder in a bowl, mix well and add enough water to make a batter of pouring consistency.
- Cover and keep aside for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Heat the oil in a kadhai and dip each cauliflower floret in the batter and deep fry till they turn golden and crisp from all the sides.
- Drain on an absorbent paper and serve hot with Sauce.
