Gobi De Pakore

This is a perfect evening snack is easy to prepare. Served it hot with chilli sauce and hot tea.

Besan 2 tbsp
Cauliflower florets , blanched
8 to 10
Finely Chopped Green Chilies 1 to 2
Lemon Juice 1/2 tbsp
Haldi Powder 1/4 tbsp
Lal Mirch Powder To Taste
Chopped Dhania
Oil For Deep Frying



  1. Combine the besan, green chilli, dhania, lemon juice, salt, Haldi powder , Lal Mirch powder in a bowl, mix well and add enough water to make a batter of pouring consistency.
  2. Cover and keep aside for 5 to 7 minutes.
  3. Heat the oil in a kadhai and dip each cauliflower floret in the batter and deep fry till they turn golden and crisp from all the sides.
  4. Drain on an absorbent paper and serve hot with Sauce.
