Methi Pakora
A healthy and tasty Methi Pakora is an Indian snack recipe with Methi leaves cut and then mixed with gram flour or Besan. Serve it with tea / coffee.

Chopped Methi Leaves | 1 Cup |
Chopped Onions | 2 |
Haldi Powder | 1 tbsp |
Lal Mirch Powder | 1/2 tbsp |
Besan | 2 cup |
Amchur | 1/2 tbsp |
Oil | 3 cup |
For Serving | |
Tomato ketchup & green chutney |
Method:
- Add water to besan and make thick batter.
- Add chopped methi leaves, chopped onions, Haldi powder, Lal Mirch powder and Amchur to the besan batter and make a mixture.
- Heat the oil.
- Fry small portions of this mixture in oil till they turn brown.
- Serve hot with green chutney.
