Malai Lassi
Malai Lassi is probably originated in Punjab and a traditional summer drink.It is made of thick yogurt with rich cream.
Ingredients | |
Thick Cream (Malai) | 1 tsp |
Yoghurt | 200 ml. |
Sugar | 3 & 1/2 tbsp |
Salt | A Pinch |
Water | 50 ml |
Method:
- Put all ingredients in blender and blend till smooth and the sugar dissolves.
- Add a layer of thick cream (Malai) as garnish.
- Serve chilled.
